Generally orders are shipped within (3) Business Days, excluding holidays. Standard shipping is USPS and estimated delivery time is between 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Please note that international shipping could take up to two weeks longer for delivery and sometimes can be held up in customs beyond Gretchen Christine's control. Please contact customs if you are having issues not receiving your order in a timely manner or please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can help you to the best of our ability.
All orders shipped to an address WITHIN California are subject to sales tax of 8.75%.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday. Make-up: Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, all sales are FINAL. We cannot accept returns for refund, exchange, or credit. However some of our cosmetic products we can ship a small sample to you before you purchase to see if it works for you. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details on what products we can offer a sample of.
Bling items: All Bling items are custom made to order and CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged. We do not stock these items, we make them to order and therefore we cannot offer refunds at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. They are hand made and take about two-four weeks (depending on the amount of blinging) to be completed. On average we ship them out in about a week. Please allow extra time for your product if it is an international order.
Fashion/Apparel : Only what is sold on shopgretchenchristine.com, these policies differ on other stores Gretchen is associated with or posts about. We will except returns within 14 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, merchandise must have all original tags attached. Unfortunately at this time we don't provide return labels. This excludes any Bling fashion/apparel pieces, those are final sale.
Gretchen Christine Collection (Purses): We will except returns within 14 of original receipt. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original packages (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost ONLY if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. Otherwise all return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer, we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, keep the Return Tracking Number from the package to ensure that the package is returned to us. Please ship any return packages to:

Warranties and Repair Policies
At Gretchen Christine, we believe in all of our products and hope you are as delighted with them as we are. Please review our product warranties below. If you have any questions, our customer support team is always available to help by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Handbags: enjoy a one year warranty on our handbags, for any manufacturing defects within this time-frame; repairs are on us (our apologies!). Please contact our customer service via e-mail, please include: the description of the bag or accessory (pink satchel, pink i-phone etc.) photos of the item clearly showing the problem, and a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt or credit card statement) Once we receive this email we will ship you a prepaid label to ship the product back to us so we can repair or replace the damaged product.
If your package was damaged in shipment, save the box, and notify us immediately at email@example.com. You have 24 hours from the date received to contact us for an exchange. All exchanges must be pre-approved. Exchanges will be made after the first order is received. Shipping fees are not refundable. You CAN NOT exchange the product for another item. Exchanges are ONLY for the same items. Keep items in the original box. For your protection, please ship only via USPS. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number. Makeup & Skincare Availability
All skincare products are made FRESH to be sold FRESH. Due to the custom nature of our products we may be out of a particular item. In such case, you will be contacted. You will have the choice of selecting an alternate item (Gretchen Christine Cosmetics can suggest suitable alternatives) or be on the back order list. We will never share or sell your information with anyone for any reason. If you choose to join our mailing list, your e-mail address will be hidden from other viewers when an e-mail is sent out.
